Important Note Before Filing

Please understand that Movie Mandala does not host any movies, TV shows, or video content. We are an information and discovery platform that displays metadata (titles, descriptions, posters, ratings, cast lists) sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). If your concern is about TMDB’s catalog, please file your notice directly with TMDB. We will, however, address claims related to display of metadata and imagery on our own pages.

Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material displayed on Movie Mandala infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice that includes all of the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or a person authorized to act on their behalf).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
3. Identification of the specific material on Movie Mandala that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail (e.g., the URL of each page) to allow us to locate it.
4. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge your notice within 2-5 business days.
• Promptly investigate the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• Notify the user or entity responsible for the material (where applicable) of the takedown.

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error or based on misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that material was removed by mistake or misidentification — may be liable for damages. We take false claims seriously and may pursue legal action against parties who file fraudulent notices.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to terminate access to Movie Mandala for users or entities who are repeat infringers of copyright.
