Edward G. Robinson is a successful advertising executive - but his methods prove just a little too much for his bosses, so they send him to their British office where he quickly engages with the "Duke" (Nigel Bruce) and his "Duchess" (Constance Collier) and is soon knee deep in a cunning plan to exploit some ostensibly worthless land owned by the penniless aristocrat - but land that contains the wonder metal "mangalite" - a substance that could make them all gazilionaires.
