Overview

Coming from a police family, Tom Hardy ends up fighting his uncle after the murder of his father. Tom believes the killer is another cop, and goes on the record with his allegations. Demoted to water-way duty Tom, along with new partner Jo Christman, navigate the three rivers looking for clues and discovering bodies. This time the victims are women Tom knows, he must find the killer to prove his innocence.

I'll be honest, I'm giving this 10 stars because my wife didn't like it... but she liked Hard Rain. So it's a spiteful thing. But it's not bad, sort of my the numbers, and Tom Sizemore actually does a really good job in it. He's certainly the highlight of the film. And you don't really see many police thrillers about boat cops. And Sarah Jessica Parker is super cute in the movie, so it's worth watching for that.
