Overview

In a search for interesting and unexplored music, the U.K. music journalist Eddie Cooney comes to the Balkan region, where he finds a group of regional artists called "The New Outlaws". Scattered around the countries of former Yugoslavia, their companionship, common spirit and power of musical expression, opens the hidden door of a new undiscovered culture to him.
