Overview

4.0Regrettably this film smells like US establishment propaganda. Lets start with a few simple facts. The US has been a persistently negative influence in Latin American. Just one example, the vicious Augusto Pinochet regime in Chile (as a result of a CIA backed coup). With regards to Venezuela, the less lazy of us might have taken a look at the stats that show the Chavez and Maduro governments, actually reduced core poverty, illiteracy and homelessness.
