Based on true events, no not another roommate comedy, this is a real squatter comedy that focuses on New York City's landlord tenant laws. When his love interest lets suspicious people live in the house he inherited without his approval. A naive virgin seeks out legal and illegal ways of evicting them, which includes hiring want-to-be mobsters.
