Overview

A young street kid criminal lies half dead in an alleyway, knocking on death's door. He's approached by a devilish figure who gives him a choice. Get jammed full of experimental cybernetics to save his life - but become property of the police department, or die. Quickly rising through the ranks, JC Howell becomes one of the best detectives on the force, despite his young age.
