6.0This is quite a fun, throwaway, 70 minuter that sees George Curzon in the title role who, along with his trusty and amiable sidekick "Tinker" (Tony Simpson), are on the case of a dastardly criminal enterprise controlled by the "Snake" and his gang of silk-hooded cohorts. We know pretty early on who the arch culprit is, and for a while we have an engaging (and simple) cat and mouse drama with one of the earliest uses of CCTV I've seen on film and a suitably terrifying "Room of Death".
