When an electrical storm hits during a late-night talk show, a radio DJ receives persistent calls from a mysterious caller telling her stories of electrical appliances affected by the storm. This wraparound was a great premise and works well to hold the various tales together with purpose and direction. Each short is helmed by different directors, yet centre round a shared nightmarish theme of how technology could harbour malevolent intent.
