Overview

Newly promoted Agent Robles and her partner Quiroz are tasked with tracking a masked vigilante targeting gang-affiliated criminals in the city’s violent northern zone. The killer leaves videos of their executions, messages warning others, and evidence of their victims’ crimes, blurring the line between justice and lawlessness.
