Notable only for being the first appearance of Francesca Annis, this is an otherwise routine Children's Film Foundation caper. This time, three youngsters catch on to a smuggling racket taking place at the harbour of their town. Considered gadflies by the authorities, they must use their cunning and some innovative teamwork to trap their quarry. It's quite a quick-fire 50 minutes with the kids all pulling together well enough.
