Overview

The year in 1984. A self styled back street career criminal in the exploding world of video production begins to take over the streets with his gang of punks. On the case cops, Davidson and Reynolds discover an intricate underground world of queer punks, gender benders, and an ex Top Dog prisoner with a secret.
