6.0Filmed as though it was taken straight from the stage, Wallace Ford is "Jimmy Kelly" caught up in a quite a murderous spree at the "Red Rock Tavern" and he decides to get to the bottom of it. The plot is pretty silly, but there is a bit of chemistry between Ford and his on-screen fiancée "Marjorie" (Barbara Pepper) who seems to supply most of the brains for his investigations. John Elliott (the wheelchair bound "Mr. Jamison") seems to spend much of this 70 minuter in some sort of trance, which though a little unfair does rather sum this up successfully.
