Now perhaps she was over-reacting, but when 'Ramsey' discovers their young son 'Stalingrad' wearing his auntie's lingerie and then nails him to the shed door, his wife calls him heartless. Many years later, she has died; their boy is living with an MP in Chelsea and going by the name of 'Bunty', and he is having a conversation with this ostensibly missing organ on the chair opposite.
