Ryan George (born: June 21, 1989 [age 32]) is a Canadian writer, actor, and comedian. He is well-known for his Pitch Meetings series on the Screen Rant YouTube channel and his self-titled comedy channel. On December 11, 2008, he created his first channel and made its first video; "oldPod" 1 day later on the 12th. On April 26, 2010, along with fellow comedians Samuel Brisson and Brandon Calder started the sketch comedy channel 'Moving Mind Studio' on which they made viral videos such as "Magic School Bus: The Movie Trailer" and "Shit Guys Don't Say Out Loud." Their most recent uploads have been a part of their "Explaining to an Alien"web series, produced by Just for Laughs.

On his personal channel, Ryan has been making short skits where he often talks to himself as another character. Earlier skits were only around 30 seconds or less, but more recent skits have been a bit longer, and more elaborate, being around 2 to 5 minutes long. His humor tends to lean towards the observational, deconstructing unquestioned aspects of everyday life. He usually plays multiple roles in his videos, using things like glasses, fake mustaches and hats to distinguish between characters. In December of 2018, he started a series called "The First Guy", looking at the supposed origins of basic things that people often take for granted.
