César Pedro

Filmmaker since 2009 when he premiered his short film “Conference”, winner of the Young Creators Award. With a BA from ESMAE has been working mainly with documentary and experimental film, music, and theatre. Author of several films in both Vilnius and Guimarães’ European Capital of Culture. As a finalist of the Inov-Art programme in Mozambique he directed his first feature film “Casa Velha”. Currently teaches in film and multimedia departments in several institutions and concluded a MFA in Multimedia Art at Lisbon Fine Arts University with the short-film “Silences”.
