Overview

Rookie beat cop Daizaburo "Eddie" Ban buddies up with "Sleepy" John Estes, a veteran cop whose over-the-top tactics have earned him street name "Mad Bull". From his first day on the force, Eddie has his hands full protecting New York City's 34th precinct from street thugs, keeping the mafia at bay, and keeping a lid on Mad Bull's unprofessional instincts.
