Although the expositions are reasonably clear, Part 1 over-promises by squibbing discussion of scientific explanations for what came before the Big Bang, instead focusing on theories about the universe's early moments. The more often this happens, the further down the path of Deism I'm led. Padded with a lot of (doubly) cheap drone-candy, other driving shots, and vox pops, at least it's mostly free of good-looking but not very informative animations.

**Before birth and beyond death of our universe!** This is not exactly a documentary series you could expect if you are a space geek. It is just a tour of Australia where the famous British physicist Brian Cox interacts with scientists and space enthusiast people. So it is just a two episode mini-series, but there's enough interesting stuff to add more info to our knowledge of cosmology. He has visited some historic sites related to space and science.
