The first song from King, "Tu Mil Jaaye", was released on T-Series' official YouTube channel at midnight on Monday 2 November 2026, Shah Rukh Khan's 61st birthday.
Sachin–Jigar composed the song. Arijit Singh sings it with Madhubanti Bagchi, and Ed Sheeran has a rap verse; the YouTube credits list Kumaar as lyricist. The video pairs Khan with Deepika Padukone in romantic and dance scenes cut with action shots from the film, Hollywood Reporter India reported. It is Arijit Singh and Ed Sheeran's second song together after "Sapphire" (2025).
The release confirms the earlier report that the first song would come on the birthday. The makers still have not announced a trailer date. Shah Rukh Khan said in September that the trailer would come later.
What it means for viewers
You can watch the song now on YouTube and listen on music apps. King opens in cinemas on Thursday 24 December 2026; that date is unchanged. No certificate and no streaming partner have been announced.
