The story
Six months after the events of Drishyam 2, the case against Vijay Salgaonkar and his family has been closed for lack of evidence. Meera Deshmukh, still convinced Vijay was behind her son Sameer's disappearance, is struggling, and her husband Mahesh asks Crime Branch officer SP Rajveer Singh Tomar to quietly reopen the investigation. As the police begin watching Vijay's movements again, he must once more protect his wife and daughters.

Background
This is the third and final film in Ajay Devgn's Hindi Drishyam series, after Drishyam (2015), directed by Nishikant Kamat, and Drishyam 2 (2022). Watch those two first. The earlier Hindi films were remakes of Malayalam originals, but Devgn has said this one has a completely different story from Mohanlal's Malayalam Drishyam 3. Abhishek Pathak, who directed Drishyam 2, wrote the screenplay with Aamil Keeyan Khan and Parveez Shaikh and directed the film. Rajat Kapoor and Prakash Raj also appear.
The film was officially titled Drishyam: The Conclusion and opened in cinemas on 2 October 2026. Outlook reported ₹62 crore on its opening day and a worldwide gross of ₹272.80 crore after its first three days.
