The story
A con man named Guddu tries to win over his girlfriend's two children, who want nothing to do with him, by taking them on a bonding trip. Lallan has just married into a family he thought was rich, and Adi is trying to save his marriage while his clumsy brother Manav keeps wrecking it. On a highway, their paths cross with Prithvi, a man fleeing a bumbling pirate called Adhoora, who carries the secret location of a British-era pirate's treasure. Soon the whole group is racing the pirates to an island to find it.

Who it suits
Made for viewers who enjoyed the earlier Dhamaal films and want loud slapstick with a big ensemble. It is rated U/A 13+ and runs about two hours and twenty minutes; the humour is broad, with crude gags in places, so it works best for teens and adults watching together.

Background
Dhamaal 4 is the fourth film in the Dhamaal comedy series, after Dhamaal (2007), Double Dhamaal (2011) and Total Dhamaal (2019). Indra Kumar directed it, and T-Series Films, Devgn Films, Panorama Studios and Maruti International produced it. Filming ran from March to September 2025, mainly in Mumbai and Madh Island.
The film was first set for March 2026, then June, and finally opened in cinemas on 10 July 2026. The CBFC passed it U/A 13+ on 2 July 2026 after replacing two hand gestures and several words, with no scenes cut. It made ₹64.35 crore nett in India over its opening weekend, and Wikipedia records a worldwide gross of ₹224.61 crore. It began streaming on Netflix on 4 September 2026, in Hindi with English and Hindi subtitles, and was one of the top three films on Netflix India's weekly Top 10 in its first two weeks.
