The story
In a secluded hamlet in the Kumaon Himalayas, an elderly couple, Padam and Tulsi, cope with the daily hardships of growing old in isolation as the village empties out around them. Their son has been away for 28 years, a reflection of the migration that splits rural families. The trailer mixes gentle humour with reflections on love, loneliness and mortality.
