The concluding half of Nitesh Tiwari's two-part live-action adaptation of Valmiki's Ramayana, continuing the story begun in Ramayana: Part 1. Ranbir Kapoor plays Rama and Yash plays Ravana. No official synopsis has been released yet.

Background
Ramayana: Part 2 is the second half of Nitesh Tiwari's two-part adaptation of Valmiki's epic. Namit Malhotra's Prime Focus Studios produces it with Yash's Monster Mind Creations and the visual effects company DNEG. Malhotra announced both parts on 6 November 2024 and set Part 2 for Diwali 2027. Filming on Part 2 was reported under way at Mumbai's Film City in March 2026, and in August 2026 Ranbir Kapoor said about half of it had been shot. At the Part 1 premiere in October 2026, Sai Pallavi said she had not yet started filming. Kapoor plays Rama, Yash plays Ravana, Sai Pallavi plays Sita, Sunny Deol plays Hanuman and Ravie Dubey plays Lakshmana. On 23 October 2026, Bollywood Hungama reported that the sequel needs more shooting time and may move to Diwali 2028. The makers have not confirmed any change.
