Background
Vibe is the second film written and directed by Kunal Khemu after Madgaon Express (2024), and a spin-off of that film: Khemu's character Hardik first appeared there in a cameo. It is Khemu's first film as a producer, made with Amazon MGM Studios and Drongo Films, and marks Preity Zinta's return to a Hindi film in a major role. Sharmila Tagore appears as the Home Minister.
The CBFC passed it A, asking for an anti-drug disclaimer. It opened in cinemas on 18 September 2026, the same day as Daayra, and received mixed-to-positive reviews. Bollywood Hungama lists an India nett of about ₹13 crore, against a reported budget of ₹35–40 crore. Amazon MGM Studios produced it, but no streaming platform or date had been officially announced by 26 October 2026.
